small crack between valves in #3 cylinder

took head off and found crack today, so i guess what i am wondering is how long do i have, i almost missed the crack but after cleaning it it became aparent. Some cars can run in this condition but can these trucks? Im new to my car and am just learning about it for about two weeks now. Any help appreciated. Raul

when I had my head rebuilt, small cracks were found, but are not a BIG problem. Its a common thing for the mazdas.

i had cracks between all my valves with no leaks its a common spot on the b series and not an issue for stock engines but i replaced mine with a reconditioned unit for 325 since i was going in the direction in preformance

You got the had offf, just replace it. Otherwise you overheat the block and need to replace everything. like what i did
