lots of Shops in canada, I have bought 2 motors so far one from Lucky star (www.luckystarjapanese.com) and one from osaka motors. If i were to recomend anyone I would say Luckystar but You honestly would be better off finding a shop in Vancouver or calgary that can get you one. those are pretty big and closer citys than Montreal or Toronto.

the ZC came from Luckystar b16 came from osaka, lucky was sold out of S1's that why I bought from osaka.
