How can i modify My eclipse Gs

i have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse gs, i have a cold air intake on it, a magnaflow pipe tip, bosch platinum series 4 plugs. I need to know the best cheapest way to make it faster next???? The cheapest best way! I wish i could do something for free. If so let me know any thing i can di!!!! THANX

I don't think you can do anything thats free. But if your going really cheap, maybe you can try one of those "chips" on ebay. :-P

I have been told that those chips on ebay are just resistors and so they dont do shit.
