Anyone from NC/SC??

I'm from Raleigh, NC, anyone near here? i also have a house at Myrtle beach, by the way i dunno if any of you are firmiliar about dropjaw magazine but they are sponsoring a car cruize up at the strip in myrtle beach, sc and it's wild about 1,000+ rides are usually up there and it's a good chance to get your car put in a magazine....it's a great time if you lie around here or near SC you should try and go....here's a link to who is sponsoring it http://www.dropjawmag.com

You have got to be shitting me....I lived in north Raleigh for 3 yrs. Right now I live in Cary and have been for 7 1/2 yrs. And another thing....I have a condo in myrtle beach. Man talk about a coincidence. Welcome to AF! :biggrin:

My family had friends that moved to Cary, NC. We went to visit them and there were these HUGE spiders, I think they called them Monkey spiders?? They were gross.

thanks for the welcome!!!! well actually i dont live in raleigh but i figured people wouldn't recognize the town of fuquay. i'm about 15-20 mins from cary and i'm up thre every weekend and some week nights...that's pretty neat to have someone that close, what kinda ride do you have? have you ever been up to myrtle beach winter cruise that i was talking about? my boyfriend has a 03 silver dodge ram that he's hookin up it's pretty neat and he's trying to get a group to go down there for the cruise...it'd be cool if we could get a couple on here to go! the more the merrier!

Fuquay is just down the road from me (its a straight shot down 55 for me). I have a 2001 chevy blazer 4 dr. And no, I havent been to that winter cruise, but it sounds fun. I dont think it could beat bike week, though. :biggrin:
btw, you said in another thread that you are a senior in high school right? What high school do you go to? I go to green hope.

And Dayna, you are absolutely right. They are actually a species of wolf spider (I believe). I saw one in my cabinet making shop at school, and Im not exaggerating, that was the size of tarantula. I saw another at my dads house that was smaller, but nonetheless still huge for a wolf spider.

i go to a private school in erwin it's about 30 minutes from my house too much trouble at public schools....so now i go to Cape Fear Christian, only 5 more months!! then i plan to go to wake tech in garner for their dental assisting program then i'm gonna specialize in orthodontics and hopefully work in cary!!

Thats pretty cool...what do you mean by trouble? If you mean drugs then yea, at Green Hope we've got more pot than all of the cheech and chong movies and half baked combined. And where in Cary do you plan on working? There are a shit load of orthodontists offices here.

i'm from near the willow springs area of fuquay, i have prolly seen you before if you ever have "hung out" at winn dixie or something, lol i'm up there every ondce in a while to meet up with people to go out, but never to just chill! most of the time i'm with my boyfriend thought, it's rare that i drive, he's got a 2003 silver dodge ram hooked up, and we hang out with a guy that drives a f-250 platinum edition, it's like two toned you'd know it if you've seen it....and mallory sampson she's got a celica....and a few others i dont like putting names up on here though...lol

as far as i know they aren't engaged and i talk to them both everday....but to only been dating for 2 months, they act like it....it's almost like he owns her...me and mallory used to be real close & go shopping together and do stuff like every saturday while he was at work, and he gets irritated if she does anything without him....he doesn't want her going to fuquay alone without him....he's really protective over her and i think that's b/c he's insecure about himself....they were going to go with us to the cruize ting but he doensn't wanna go, and she really does, and he wont let her go with us if he wont be there....he has a fit if someone looks at her the wrong way....we all get looks of lust sometime from people but my boyfriend just says, they are looking at something they can't have....i dunno it really irritates me about the way he is....but anyways!!!!!

cruize- i wont be driving my car down there, my boyfriend will be driving his truc, some big dodge site is going and we're meeting up with them, but if you wanna meet up and chill hit me up i gotta nextel

It's supposed to offend us, being that we live in north carolina, and that the patriots are playing the panthers in superbowl 38. It didn't work...lol.

nccavalier- im going down there with some friends. we are starting at the baywatch resort. we are also going to the oar concert that saturday (21st) at the house of blues. im never been to a djm event, but i heard they are pretty cool. supposedly its 1500+ cars showing, so thats gotta be great. the whole mallory deal- shes a great girl and shouldn't put up with stupid shit like that. she is smarter then that, but when you are in love you will do crazy things, so i understand that. feel free to hit me up anytime on aim at- faithandfame
