Hard to change lights/bumper??

I am planning or repainting my 89 Taurus. I was wondering if it is hard to change the headlights and replace a front bumper? The headlights need changed cause they have a lot of condesation in them (heard this is common cause the seals break) and I need to get another bumper cause part of mine, above the light on the passenger side is missing.

Can I get some help on how to do each from anyone??
