Mine is stock on the outside, including the dents, except for some cheap mazda wheels, and the CF hood for weight reduction.

I'm not against exterior mods, but unfortunately I dont want to waste any money, much less 5,000+ dollars making my car a show car. Plus I hate perfect paint where you worry about it all the time, and a scratch is the end of the world. Engineers didn't make my car so I could drill holes in it to attach some plastic accessories from japan. If I did want a nice car, i'd buy one stock. In my mind some things make a car look better, but i would rather own one that makes these ricer generation parts (read: ricer is a fad that WILL go away in time) useless. This car is an *insert dream car here* Mine is a Koenigsegg at the moment. Again i'm not against ricer cars, and a DSM with ext. mods can look nicer than a stock one, but it's only important to a certain type of people. Others could care less and think they look silly. I'm sure GSXracer has more important things on his list than a new set of 18's.

Thats exactly it. If I ever "finish" modding for power (is that possible?) I might splurge on the exterior. But I doubt I'll even pay to fix my dents before I run at least very low 11s  I feel the same way about worrying about paint and stuff too. I did when it was nice, but its kind of a relief now. I can work on it without worrying about scratching up the fenders as much. heh. Its all about preference and priority.

Mine is completely stock outside. Only thing in my interior is a boost and air/fuel ratio gauge. Might get a shifter handle in the future, thats about it. All my money goes to mods, IMO it makes no sense to look fast when a ford focus comes up and cleans your clock. I like the sleeper look. Too many punks in my neighborhood talking $hit, I don't wanna be that guy.

my car has a diffrent front fender. with a few dings in it. but that dosen't matter to me. because when you laugh i will just show you were my money has gone in my car. i think that looks are the last thing you do to a car, i hate the car that is all show and no go. damn hondas lol.

as far as i'm concerned, the stock body on 97-99 2g's looks damn good to me. the 95-96 front end looks good with the right intercooler [read: 95 gsxracer]. if i were ever to go beyond that it would have to be a Buddy Club 2 (http://www.buddyclub2.com) front/sideskirt, and i'm undecided about the rear. the BC2 retains the factory look that i like. right now all i got is rims and shaved badges [we don't need no stinking badges!!]. interior is a lotek pilar [boost, fuel/air] el gauges and a shift knob. oh, and blue floor lights [$2 @ autozone]. a carbon fiber oem keepin the factory look] hood might be on the way...

Sadly, I have to take the ricer title. While my car isn't incredibly slow, it's not incredibly fast either. It serves the purpose of primarily being a show car. I used to be all about the speed, but when you lose your license for 150 days, you tend to lean more towards show, than go. Doesn't mean it can't back up the looks. She's still hella fast, just not puttin down any 11's...... yet

i do have to go with boostedspyder the stock 2g look damn good, and really my car may be stock on the out side, but i think it looks better the half the cars that are show car or wanna be show cars.

btw.... the best back end i think for the 2g it the bomex back end
