Is the engine running well? If it is then you may have a burned out catalytic convertor. How does the exhaust smell? How many kms since both O2 sensors replaced?

Here's the possible causes reight from Chrysler:
- Catalytic convertor failure
- Exhaust leak upstream of convertor
- Conaminated fuel
- Mechanical Engine problem
Also if only 1 sensor was ever replaced, it may set off this code. Always replace both at same time. Ebgine mechanical problem means oil burning. If that's the case the engine has clogged the convertor with oil deposits. Fix engine and replace convertor. The only way I can see this is if it's a 3.0. As to the seriousnes of this code it's going to effect your fuel economy quite a bit.
