turbo charged

aight for awhile now ive been looking for other cars with turbo charged set ups with front wheel drive.....under my nose the whole entire time was the eclipse gst....now i dont like this car much...but it is a set up of a front wheel drive car and turbo charger....now im trying to put a turbo...maybe even a twin turbo on a 94 base model.....people have told me it would be hardcore dollars to dish out if i wanted to add a turbo to the base model.....if i went with the gst set up.....would i be able to have a pretty nice running car even tho it has front wheel drive and everyone tells me its no good to have a front wheel drive car even tho the gst has it?

I guess most people(including me) dont understand why you would want a powerful FWD car when there is the option for AWD. If your getting an eclipse get a GSX, you will be much happyer.

no i plan to get a base model when im out of high skool...dads going to hand it down to me.....i just want to turbo charge the car...dont have all the money to convert it to awd and all that.......i was just thinkin that the gst runs nicely and ive seen it in action........so would it be aight to put a turbo on the base model which is also front wheel drive?
