Prelude Body Kit

I have a honda prelude 1998 and it's front and rear bumbers are smashed. I am thinking of getting the West Wing RS body kit. When getting a a West Wing RS body kit does it just include the front lip, rear skirt and side skirts or they include the whole front and rear bumbers?

the WWRS kit is just the lips, not the whole bumpers. you'd have to get new bumpers if yours are all smashed.
