D16y8 Help Please!!

OK I need some help and fast! I am crating my D16Y8 engine to send it to chicago to have a guy bore it out and incrase the stroke, I mean he is doing the whole 9 yards! I was wondering if anyone knew were I can get some bore specs on what is the biggest bore and stroke I can do without making it a race engine (1-3 races and the engine is shot) I want it to be reliable as a daily driver and still smoke the v6 setting next to me if you know what I mean...

oh and the reason I am doing a D16Y8 is cuz I want to make as much power as possible out of it and give some of the b16 around my turff a run for their money!
