I bought a 1974 MGB that had been pushed out of the garage and put under a tarp. I am not a mechanic and have never worked on my own cars so I got a haynes manuel and started poking around under the hood trying to figure out how to get this car running.
The man I bought it from says that a relay went bad so he took it off and was going to replace it and never did. I found where the relay went but I haven't been able to identify it with the book. It is located under the hood on the right side of the car, on the wheel well just aft of a fuse box. I know that the fuse box runs the turn signals.
I know that this relay is one problem with the car. I am sure that there are others. This is just where I am going to start.
