Need new valve seals for 1985 civic wagon

Hi all, I just stumbled on to this forum and it looks great. I have a 1985 Civic Wagon 2wd. It might need new valve seals in the next 100,000 miles or so. Any one recommend a certain brand, getting a complete engine, or just driving it. It goes through about 1/2 quart of oil per tank of gas. Other than that, it runs great. The gas mileage is so great I am only on my third tank of gas! j/k. Thanks in advance for the advice.
