SIMPLE car audio question

Quick question for a car audio install newbie:

I have an '02 Hyundai Accent to which I want to add a CD-changer using an FM modulator. I understand the Antenna wiring. There are three other wires coming out of the box: a ground, a permanent live, and an ingnition live. How do I power these lines? cut into the harness? go in with the fuse box?

I've searched online for the answer to this question but it's glossed over every where. Must be to simple to say out loud....

Thanks
Bren

well you could dig into the back of your radio and find out which wires are what and use a permanent and ignition from there and just ground the unit to the body where there is NO PAINT. or if you dont like that idea the only other thing i can think of is going to the fuse box and finding a constant and ignition power source with a meter. both ways would require you to run wires to the trunk
(or where ever you have the changer mounted)

My question is, how do I attach the wire from the modulator to the wire coming out of the back of the radio? ( or rather the wire going from the car to the radio? Do I: cut open insulation and wrap the modulator wire around the bare wire? do I cut the permanent live and put all three ends in a cap? is there an adaptor that plugs into an empty fuse slot that I attach the modulator wire to?

see my question is more mechanical.

Thanks for the help.

Sorry, not much experience with a cd changer or trying to put one on an FM modulator, would love to help though.

well, I'm sure it is, but I had no intention of upgrading my system at all, nor do I want to spend the money. The CD-changer was a Christmas Gift.
