Mach performance.documented vs LS1 WS6

Because upn finding the 95GTS i own.. it had some Gt40 parts aalong with a mismatch.. so .. instead of listing 13 someodd bolt on parts ..like alot of Stanger do i reference the car as GT40'd out.. when purchased..

Now some of you don't get it.. i own a 95 GTS ad i owned a 99 Cobra .. that put me in a unique positin of judgement .. and for 95GTS the 99 Cobra was Steeda'd out..

I'll rrefer to a document of 1999 called Pop Mech fastest i america .. were a non.. LS6 enhanced LS1 Ws6 ran a 13.1 in 99..

the Cobra under the same ideal track condition and NHRA driver ran a respectable 1.6 squashing the myth that it couldn't run that low stock.

Now Some of you wwant to say that an Enhnced Ws6.. bettter breathing more hp beter handling characteristics.. will fall to a Mach 1.. sorry pals..

i've told you with a lid, an a catback and a 2800 stall i've defeated modified 03 Cobra.. this is of course prior to my LPE
implantment

Instead of beig babie about it.. look into data hp prerweight Dno figures .. you'll soon see the inevitable.. the mach is Fast but no Ws6 or SS eliminator.. close.. as close as the older Cobra's but it can not be a hoax . mag after mag getting higher time almost GT time out of the Car..

When Evan Smith ran the 1le SS vs the 03 Cobra remember the 1le is a tracksuspension..not a drag yet the difference was .4 on an avarage.. multiple runs .. at the track the inferior powered 1le was all over the Cobra..

drop the 1le suspension as the Ws6 GM high tech performance mag did.. still had the Ws6 suspension.. and it mastered 13.0xto 13.1x and this is over 10 runs.. place that unit instead of the track suspended 1le and you have a lock.. a .1 difference..
Now you all are gonna say a Mach can do better..

Understand that i retain the Stang because i like i.. if i waanted to show offt you all i'd pullout the Z06 427TT with Nos LPE..and see if any of you Ford boys would like to take a cruise on upto 230+ mph.. and nail 0-60 in 2.1 seconds.. and still be streetable.. with Ac and and a kick as Stereo of my own creation..??? any takers


You think my 427 LPE Ws6 is slow.. 550 from lpe with 200 shot fogger.. i think not..

i never put down the Mach.. i said it been given status higher than it deserved .

read the Popular mechanic article from 99 .. GM didn't make them slower.. they were fasteer.. and when i say my Auto LS1 dyno 320.1 and 339.7 .. as an auo you figure out what it could do if you posses the mathimatcal prowress.. the Mach wuld never touch me in manual nor Auto form..not even close
You wanna talk SS... for internal GM reasons they kept the SS from approachin the Vettes performance... can't have a 29k car m making the same number as your 40-47k car.. in the sme showroom..

so the faster F body ws6 and Firehawk were over on the Pontiac lot.. Not by alot but by enogh to sweep past your ach and closes come up on a hard to launch stock 360 rwhp 3677lbs curb Cobra

I'll still own Ford products the 05 GT500.. will be in my possesion once they make it..i'll pass on the Ford GT

i'd gladly put those numbers up against my stock Ws6 320.1 rwhp and 339.7 rwtq.. and see who the victor is

you don't know that in 01-02 a 320 rwhp waas considered n the low normal range .. as high as 338 were coming out from the factory
