Starts and Dies (security light on)

Ok here is the deal, replace lock cylinder and lock case.
replaced ignition switch now vehicle starts then dies. Security light is on. Do I need to reprogram something? Can I pull security codes with
the snap-on scan tool? Any help would be great, thanks!

Yes, you will need to perform the VTD relearn procedure.
