Anyone had their new dodge ram 1500 in for new rotors at under 10,000 miles. Is there a service bulletin out and are they fixing the problem....

To find out if any bulletins were released go to alldata.com, if you look around the page there are free reports for all vehicles. Also if you type into a search engine, "new ram problems, or dodge ram brake problems", or something along those lines, you will probably get lots of forum type responses of people with the same prob. print all of these out and take them to the dealer and demand to talk to the service manager, not just a lackey. Confront him with all the reports and make him fight with dodge over whos going to pay. I did this when my 2003 dakota heater core blew at 40k, though it wasnt covered by warranty or tsb, dodge payed for the whole $800 repair. squeaky wheel gets the grease, I did. Good Luck, Jeff

Yes, I had problems with my 2003 Ram 1500 quad cab brake rotors. My truck had less than 6000 miles on it. I took it to the dealer and they replaced both of them. Its now about 5500 miles later and my steering wheel is starting to shake again. I'm going to check out the website from the previous reply and take it to the dealer again.
