 Welcome! Yea just pull the wheels until they come off. It can be a bit difficult but they will eventually come off. Just be careful not to crack the wheels.

I Have One More Question.....how Would I Raise My Vehicle? Its Really Low And Im Not A Fan Of Really Low Cars. Will I Need A Drill?

I usuall drill new holes but I noticed one guy on here had a good idea. If you like it at slightly higher than normal height you can take two screw eyes and put them on the bottom of the model and slip the axels into those. That still requires drilling but is a slightly more foolproof way of getting the wheels to line up.
