sunroof leak!!

Hi, hope someone can help me, i've got a 96/97 golf gti 16v and it has a BAD leak from the sunroof. It's not a factory roof and i don't know the make, the service book tell's me nothing about how to fix it and it's now p***ing me off !!! can anyone help ??
