Has anyone put a good (relative term) audio system in a second gen MR2?

Where would / did you put the sub(s)?

And how's it sound in that small car?

as far as i know the sound is good i have seen 3 ways the subs have been put in the mr2 trunk, hood move the tire and other stuff or behind the seat. i like kicker solo baric 8" good sound/thump can be mounted in an 6" of space (depth) if you have the $$

I've seen some vipers with two subs placed between the seats on the back wall. Would that work? I'm thinking 125 Hz and lower.

I don't like the idea of subs in the trunk, or under the hood. I would remove the spare tire and put some amps in there though...

I just like the storage areas and interior of the car to be functional, and I do need some place to throw school books.
