This was going to be my contest entry, but I ran out of putty 1 week ago, so had to call it off. So I might as well post the photos now. Its based roughly on the APR's JGTC inspired widebody Celica GT300.
It still need loads of work.
As "hondaaccordboy21 (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=81894)" is having a go at a Widebody celica I figured time to post mine.

thats looking sweet, i have got to get myself some taiya putty, how much is it. and whats the comparable usage to the humbrol model putty?
just so i can work out how much to order, seems to be a lot more efficent than the humbrol stuff i use.
totaly mean looking kit, are you going to make a rear centre diffuser? i think that would look pretty sexy, maybe in the style of the 360 modena, a nice curved and sleek look.
cant wait to see more progress. totaly amazing.

As I have the Racing Harts CR now I've started back on this. Finished the body mods, not as correct as I wanted but, if I play much more I'll get too bored, so I just want to finish it off now.
It's had 3 coated of Tamiya Yellow but need compound and polish later.
The final look will be simular to the photo below.
The exhaust system was made last night, need to work on the Formula GT3 Carbon Fiber Mirrors ,Carbon Fiber Canard Bumper Flaps and Carbon Fiber Wind Splitter tonight.

Steve, can you post a pic of the whole exhaust? looks like your using two mufflers, factory and custom. You wouldn't be doing such a ricey thing, now would you?No... That's just the rear box made, the standard box has now been cut out and a straight section added in. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.
Jeez, that muffler is just crazy!, man its soo sick!. how'd u get your chrome soo good! :eek7: and the size is perfect! what size is that?I make my exhaustes from Aluminium Tubing as per my website 'How To'
here :http://www.spc.org.uk/tips/jap-exhaust.html
and I have a big polishing machine in my garage for my 1:1 car, so before cutting the can down in length I give it a real good polishing on the machine.

haha anyway if you look at the Red APR GT300 Celica with TRD graphics on it it will have TPR autobody on it which would be the shop i worked at. -=o] i believe the yellow one has TPR on it also ::duno::
