Well this is just a couple of pics.I don't know if I've seen an actual widebody celica. If anybody has pictures of one please post is. And im thinking of putting a body kit on it. Could anyone post pictures of a kit that would be really easy to make. This is my first time of making body modifycations. Well here are some pictures.

I tried to tackle it myself awhile back, but it's still on hold at the moment, lots of good references in this thread, including the real thing and even one someone had built 1/24

For your first try at body work, Good luck. It's a PITA, I do however have a few suggestions. Move the fender walls in a little more or else you will have a super wide kit, Which will look weird, But take your time , and let the application of putty dry for atleast 2 days, VERY thin coats, Squadron LOVES to crack apart. Once it is dry take 400 grit sandpaper and smooth it out, then apply some more putty, let dry 1 day. Then sand again. And repeat untill the arches are built up enuff then sand with 400, untill smooth, then 600, then once everything is smooth and to your satisfaction, you can go ahead and prime. Hope This Help's.

Thank you everybody. Hiroboy: what color are you going to do yours? I was gonna do this a red. i have some pics up. I pushed in the fenders just a tad. And today i hope to et some Tamiya epoxy putty. And some new rims. I put the shell od the body over the stock rims. HECK NO. It looked so bad. So im gonna get a new pair. I took off the back one because I wanted to ask you if I should have the back fenders out a little more than the front?

No not really usless you use say Mr Surfacer 500 etc. so do the best you can with putty, and if you have holes / cracks fill them with more putty (small amount) and sand again
