Which Tires? Yokohama or Goodyear?

I'm in the market for some new tires and was wondering if any of you had personal experience with either the Yokohama AVS ES100 or Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. Can anybody tell me which ones are quieter, stickier, and ride better. Or If anyone had some pics of them on 15's that would be nice. I was also wondering about clearance issues with the 205 on a 92 civic si.

or opinions on he tires go to www.tirerack.com and read the reviews. They have them sorted by specific cars and driving styles so you can get a good idea of how the tires perform. Also they have profession comparisons on many tires there as well.

BTW there is also a page that lets you see tires on a specific car but it is more for wheels and not tire specific.

I have the yoko avs es100's on my car and they stick well, however the treadwear has been kindof quick. these tires are not too noisy but keep in mind, if you want a tire that is good or performance, you have to sacrifice the sound. Also mind in that no matter what tire you put on a 15 inch rim, if it is over a 45 aspect ratio, cornering and handling will be greatly lessened. You should have no problem putting 205's on your car but it really will not do a whole lot of good, being that the tires will have roll on cornering because of the hight of the tire from the rim.
