headlight and general light 95 questions

so i have a 95 se, i want to get xenon headlights, but dont wana pay like 400 and dont wana pay 10 ( they burn out, mine lasted 3 weeks), can anyone recomend a site or were i can get good and not too expensive ones. Also i want to replace the parking lights (i think, to the right of the headlight), wat makes them look yellow the actual bulb or the light, i want them xeno jsut like headlights, also can u recomend a site,
i wana paint my tail lights all red, how can i acomplish this, is it easy?
and i wana change the bulbs on my door lights,( the little ones in the corner) anyone know the size (type #) or were i can get them
