Fan problem on 95 Accord LX

Hi, I have a 95 Honda Accord LX Coupe, and I have a bit of a problem. The fan which blows air inside the car, doesn't work on modes 1-3, but on 4, it blows, and from the passengers side, you can hear some kind of rubbing (when you turn the fan off). On modes 1-3, it blows a little, but not enough to warm me up. Before everything worked fine (kinda), sometimes I would hear some intense crazy loud rubbing sound from the passengers side, so I would switch to mode 4, and back to mode 1, and it would be gone. Later, that would eventually stop, and all I can hear is a squeeking sound comming from the passengers side. Now.. its fux0red. Anyone have an idea of whats up? (Sorry if the describing of the problem sucks.. not that good at those things. :screwy: )
