Can anyone post a pic of where the wire harness for there MAP goes?

It looks like my map sensor is on the firewall, but my throttle body has a spot exactly for it. I posted pics about that earlier here's one...the hose that's on there goes over to a little black box attached to the firewall

all the 88-91 go to the same spot, look under that black cover and you will see the map sensor and the harness. 92+ has the map on the TB, so their harness is different.

the harness is not different. if you get a 92 civic map sensor the harness will plug right into it, all you might need to do is extend the wires a lil bit.

heres a pic of my engine when stock and you can see the stuff on the firewall and then a pic after my swap where its now attached to the TB.

thus, the harness is different. i know that the plug is the same type, but the wires are too short.

well i didnt have to extend my wires, but if you leave the purge solinoid (the other thing the harness goes to) on the firewall you will have to. :D

Looks like to would fit right where that hose it connected on top of the throttle body...

So the connector that is under the black box that is already connected to my current map will fit this new one?

yes it will fit the new one.

ah must be an 88 with the famous BOX surrounding the map instead of the small firewall assembly on every other year
