5spd RSX to 6spd

5 spd sure beats AT. but 6 spd in a base rsx??? is it worth the extra money? maybe so but what internal/external mods i have to do to make my 03' RSX have 200 hp or better?

Welcome to AF.com! Well, I dont think there anything you can do to an RSX to make it 200 hp.. or at least nothing that has to do with exterior/bodykits/lights.
