14b turbos

I figured this would be the best place to ask, where can I find used 14b turbos in good condition?

www.ebay.com

I personally refuse to buy a turbo unless I see it first. Luckily there is a good local supply. Too many people have no problem selling complete garbage turbos for the normal price. ;)
