Wanted S14 Silvia

I am trying to get an S14 Silvia 97+ but, I don't know what kind of tests they are suppose to pass, and where I can can get it modified to pass. And also is this for being street legal? or does it have to pass all the tests even if it will not be street driven. Any input is welcome, thanks. Oh yes, and before you post that it would be alot less trouble to just do the front end conversion, I want RHD. But it should be possible to buy a front clip off of a 97+ s14 and connect it to the same year USDM model, correct?

well if your interested in seriously modifying a KA motor.. it's not gonna be street legal and it probably won't pass smog... modifying any car is hardly ever street legal... or pass smog haha that's why you gotta find ppl that smog under the table
