Is it worth it?

I dont have any pics, so i'll try and remember everything i can. Well, was lookin at some car dealer, and in the back they had an 84 Camaro. It was pretty rough. It has been repainted, but very poorly. It was 2-tone, gold and red. It had some gold 5-spoke rims (stock) but the paint was chipping off of it. After mingling with the sales man, he gave me the keys to start up. Its driver seat was torn on the side (where your ass would slide in or out). The engine didnt fire up immediatly, but it finally got started. It sound pretty nice, but not no LS1. The car had some sort of generic 3" slash cut exhaust tips. I popped the hood, the sales man told me it had just been recently over hauled for a Jasper Engines 305 TBI HO. Some other stuff i noticed, were the springs in the hood latch were practically shot, and it needed a new right side Z28 bages. And the front grilles had been broke out. Also, it needed new weather stripping for driver door, the door when slammed shut, didnt sound right. It wasnt a soild clunk. And the door handle felt like it was about to fall off. Some positive stuff i noticed were it had power locks (or was it windows?) well, only one of them. it was an auto, had casette, and am/fm sterio. I also noticed it had an exhaust leak. It had 84XXX miles (maybe 184XXX?). Bottom line: Asking $2500 for it. If you dont think its worth it, i already have something else picked out. the ultimate sleeper (http://autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=152035040&dealer_id=&car_year=1988&make=LINC&distance=75&max_price=3000&model=MARK7&end_year=1992&advcd_on=n&min_price=0&address=23124&search_type=used&advanced=n&start_year=1983&color=&cardist=67)
