Berlinetta Digital Dash(1984) Help Please

Please, anyone out there that can help me fix my digital dash on 1984 Camaro Berlinetta. Speedometer and Odometer does not work, not sure if cruise control works, haven't had it out of the garage since restoration, new front end, new tranny, new paint. After going under the car, seems like all the wires are connected, Now what????
