Okay I got a Watercooled/oil cooled T3 off a Saab 9000 2.0 16 valve. I got a manifold off of ebay from ssautocrome comming and also i won a Vortec FMU with 10:1 disk

anyways I need to get all my fittings and lines now I dont know how to messure the lines and such for the oil and water.

I need a T for the Sending unit and I was told 3 feet of 3AN line, but what fittings do I need?

also for the water supply there is a Banjo fitting then a looks like pipe thread what sizes do i need? AND what is the best way to get coolent to it and also where do i dump it back into the car?

also any instuctions on how to hook up this FMU i currently also have a B&M Adjustable FPR

Any help will be useful. I have this motor in a 95 civic ex, planning to run 6psi and maybe up it to 10 on track day. you think it should hold up? I plan on getting a cheap FMIC off of ebay. I ran 15.39 @ 92 with steet tires and a 2.6 60' time last, what do you guys think i should run now?

"you think it will hold up?"

how many miles are on the engine? it will NOT hold up. it may happen a day or two after the install or a year but it will break the ring landings off the pistons. if you go with a hondata and it is properly tuned you will only buy time. no matter what you will blow the engine up. simple fact. unless you over rev it it will just break the ring landings, then you just slap some pistons and rods in. if you don't wait untill it pops you can have this work done cheaper than if it blows first. we can do this work between $1500 and $2000 installed for pistons and rods, just depends on what pistons and rods you want. after you do this work you can run up to 15psi with the proper fuel mgt.

the engine has 77,000 miles on it. I was told that a LS block with proper management should be good for 12psi on the track, and around 8 daily. I figure if i take a few lbs off that i should be safe. I plan to do a engine rebuild in june, eagle rods and JE pistons - hopfully have enough for a vtec head to. I have rebuilt motors before so I can do the work myself but anyways what are the threads and sizes of the connections/lines i will need? im sure someone has bought them before.

Someone please help me buy my lines and fittings, I know I need 3 foot of 3AN line - thats about $17 from summit racing. I know I need a T fitting for the Oil Pressure thing (what thread and size is it though) I know I need a 180º adapter, I am assuming pipe thread to 3AN but what size pipe thread, or is it even pipe thread? then I need a 90º fitting but what thread and size?

They sell oiling kits on ebay and they are $100 for the full kit, but I am not seeing more then 50$ worth of stuff there, so I cant see paying more then $75 for it. They sell just the return adapter for like $15 and im sure I could get the fittings at autozone or home depo and then hose at autozone for probably another 10$ so it would save me alot of money to get this going.

Please help me out so I can buy these this week and get it running for this weekend.
also does anyknow know the thread of the water lines?
