95 Maxi Questions

Hi, I'm new to the boards. I have a 95 Maxima SE and I have a couple questions. First off, does anyone have a diagram or a link to a diagram of the center dash where the radio and climate controls are? And the second question is, I just had the starter switch replaced. My car is still hard to start when it's cold. Sometimes it takes 5 tries to get it started and keep it running, and sometimes the starter sounds like it grinds for a second or two right after I start it up. Any help with both of these questions will be greatly appreciated.

Hey man, welcome to the Board. Nice car...exactly like mine. About your question, you may not be getting a good spark. Check your coils and plugs. I'll keep looking around for a diagram of that dash...it's easy to take apart. I've had mine apart more times than I can count.
