the Squadron white is what I use, and I love it. I've not attempted body kits (yet) but for filling/shaving its awesome. Stays good and is super easy to sand.

The last thing appears to be a sheet of CF. Correct me if im wrong, But, as for a good deal, I could get all that under ten bucks here, 3 bucks for CF, 97 cents for putty, 65 cents for that much styrene, 1.55 a can of paint and 87 cents for sandpaper.. and 1.25 for the brushes...

No its not CF. Its sand paper. 600,800,100, and 1200 grits.

If you are going to use the Squadron putty to make body kits, you should make most of the shapes with the sheet plastic, sand that to the shape you want and then use a little putty to smooth any inperfections.
While the putty may seem to be dry it still contains a lot of solvent which will soften the base plastic and it will shrink for some time.

Thats exactly why I use scrap plastic for filler
