Ignition Timing Spec's 1991 4runner

Hello everyone,
I have a 1991 4Runner and that I need to set the timing on. Someone in the past forgot to tighten the distributor adjustment bolt. I have brought it into a dealer several times for engine noise (knocking and pinging) but they couldn't figure it out. I just happened to notice the loose distributor last week. What I need is the proper setting to time the engine? As a side note; does anyone know where you can get decent body parts for a 91 4Runner? Mainly rear and front fenders.
