problems with digital camera

when i take a pic of my model cars and try to put it as a attachment it says the file is to big. its a fujifilm digital camera any help?

Use a photo program like paintshop or photoshop and compress the jpg image to under 50kb and the file dimensions to 640X480 pixels.
I expect the camera came with simular software.

OR go to the settings menu and change the size of the image so the camera takes smaller pictures to begin with
