SOS :90 Accord Starting problem in winters

hi

i have bought a 1990 2.0Exi Automatic acccord.Got all filters and oil changed.

Its winters here in India now and the accord does not start. Battery is new and it takes a good self ,starts and then dies down. But once its warm then it starts easily.

Kindly suggest me some alternatives as i dont have a user manual.

These are some local mechanics comments:

a) Accord has a PFI which controls the choke which might not be working or not giving enuf fuel during a cold start.

b) the spark plugs need changing

some say it has a electronic sensor in front of the engine which needs to be tested

PLease help as i am confused . What cud be the problem

starter valve, fast idle <---those deals with the PFI.. valve, spark plugs.

check ur throttle cable for proper deflection as well
