2000 gt1 parts

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any chipsfor a 2000 gt1? The only one I've found told me that I needed to ship my ecu to mexico. I'm not to fond of that thought or shipping my ecu anywhere. Also I was wondering if anyone knew of any good headlight blackouts? I know there are a couple of brands that do carry them. I was wondering if anyone has had good luck with any brand? And more important has anyone found tailight blackouts. I can't find them anywhere?
