Is there a way to manually close an powered sunroof. The roof is stuck open, I think it might be off the track, but my biggest concern right now is just getting it closed.
Any ideas?

Did you ever get a reply? I'm having the same problem. I went to the dealer and they tried a jump switch with no luck and was told there is no manual way to close the roof.
I'm wondering if the leak I'm seeing in the roof (drains clogged?) has shorted the motor and now needs to be replaced? Have you tried to replace any part of the sunroof?

of course you have checked all of the fuses...
the clog might be the culprit that burned out the motor. it would also help stain the interior. in order to manually close it, you'd have to remove the headliner and get up in there.
