Idle Problem Question

Hey,
My 93 Eclipse Revs (it Idles From 1 To 3 ) While Its In Park. It Drives Fine Otherwise. Does Anyone Know What That Is From? Thanks Alot If You Know!

sounds like you have an intake leak, while the car is running take some starting fluid and spray your intake manifold, like where it meets the head, the trottle body, and all of the hoses on the manifold... now if the car revs at all when you do this you know that you have a leak and it is easy from there to tell where it is at.

COuldbe a leak, bad ISC, bad FIAV, improperly set BISS, etc. See the vfaqs for a matrix of what to check and in what order.
