Lowering a Fujimi Mazdaspeed RX-7

Does anybody know how to do it? ive tried the methods in the FAQ and had no luck.

Cut the front shock parts short, and insert a metal rod. You'll need a knife, pin-vice and metal rod for this job.
The lower control arms have to sit higher to match the shortened shock, so clip the areas, where the lower suspension part contacts with the chassis with a pair of pliers. Make sure to test fit the wheel and tire to decide how much to shorten, or the tires will interfare with the body panel.
For the rear, install a piece of plastic at the differential, where it contacts with the metal shaft. Then, modify the rear suspension part, where two brake disk parts are supposed to be glued, so that the brake disk parts can be glued a little higher. The rear is fairly low, so don't overdo it.
