95 Blazer Electrical Problems

I have an S-10 Blazer with Eletrical Windows and power locks, every once in a while the back windows will not go down. I did notice this happens anytime the battery is disconnected then reconnected. After a day or two the windows again work. Is this a major electrical problem? or do I just have little demons.

Just a note, both the driver side controls and each back control do not work.
