dakota odometer

My 93 dakota 4x4 odometer doesnt work. the speedo works fine. Would like any help to fix the problem. Guy that sold me truck says it just quit shortly after tranny overhaul.

Depends where the problem is. If it have something to do with the odometer itself, it usually isn't worth fixing, just get yourself a new gauge cluster off eBay or a salvage yard.
