4x4 won't unlock with electronic switch

I have a 94 s-10 blazer 4x4. The 4x4 is locked in low. It won't release with the electronic switch. I have a chiltons auto guide,but it doesn't help with troubleshooting. What should I look for?

I would say your switch is probably defective. If I were you, I would take it to a professional. If you can, I would recommend having the electronic transfer replaced with a manual transfer. You'll have a lot less problems out of it. You could still have problems with the manual transfer, but they will be a lot easier and cheaper to fix.

Hey Phab,i Am Having The Same Trouble As I Write This The Gm Mechanic Said That It Has 2 Transfer Solenoids And That One Is Stuck They Are Located At: 1 Is On The Front Bell Assembly And The Second Is On The Transfer Itself But The Switch Is Usally Fine,not Saying Yours Is But That Is What He Told Me
