'00 740i - High Miles

All,

I'm considering an '00 740i with 120,000 miles.
I've looked at the common problems posted on e38.org, is there anything else that I need to be concerned with.

Would that many miles scare you off?

If it is cheap enough for you and you are happy with it then do it. Personally I wanted warranty. The car is built to last another 100-150k more. If you can fix cars and it is cheap then you are ok. With 120k on it THEY need to sell it so you are on top.
