I have a bone stock 94 B18B and I want do an engine build up the right way for a turbo and a lil nitrous and I’m planning on running my turbo at low boost. Bottom line I want a strong reliable engine so I can get to work fast and I want to be able to do most of the work on my own. Can you point me in the right direction?

you need to re-do the bottom end, maybe put sum cams, and new fuel managment
bottom end
pistons
rods
piston rings
knife edge crank
re sleaved block (option)
lower compression to about 8.5\9:1
and a new head gasket
as for fuel managment, i say get some good injectors 450cc-650cc and new fuel pump and regulator and some thing to control it all like a hondata or if you dont want 2 spend so much get a boost controller and a air\ fuel controller.

will since you really wont do any of the above, its waste because you;ll never turbocharge your engine for the main fact that if you have to ask what you need to do than you wont be doing it. And to point you in the right direction, figure out how cars work before you go modding them, jacka$$

:screwy: No one ever ask's what is best to get an idea what to do first and the right track to do it in. OH PLEASE! I've asked a bunch of questions before I started and now I drive around in a pretty fast economy car :iceslolan The economy car (http://www.cardomain.com/id/98civicrider)
Since you have a B18B that's the best motor to turbo with the stock bottom end. No need for a build up right away. Get a Drag/Rev hard Fmax turbo kit and boost it all day at 12psi. After that, while saving up some cash, you'll know alot more about what you want to do next and the power goals you'll want to reach.
