if your speaking of rx7's then no, haven't been for awhile... unfortunately... but yes now they are making rx8's which is kind of the next generation of the rotary engine

The 7 was produced untill 2000 (if I'm not mistaken) in Japan, they just didn't want to send them over here any more. which is too bad, their fun little cars to beat the shit out of. not too many 1.1 and 1.3L cars that can hang with, if not blow the doors off most V6 and with little work V8's

the rx-7 would of died out due to it's engine design... the wankel was ingenious, but it's reliability
(i beleive something about improper placement of the exhaust) kept it down, along with overheating problems. I like the fact that the rx-8 fixes these problems, but its underpowered and its bodylines, although beautiful, aren't the same as a rx-7's
