paint questions

I was brain stormin ideas for my new 350z and i got to thinking,
I was thinking about making it "cherry cola" im thinking that a dark brown base w/candyred on top would give me that look. will that work? ive never done a candy paint job, i mostly use metal flake spray paints, but i want my Z to be special.

yeah that will work, uaually you use a mettalic base coat...so if you could find some kind of mettalic brown it would look great
