How bad is FF really to all else???

OK everyones always downing FF and i own a 97 gs-t and its fast and i do get the torque steer but i kill any FF on the road and even some FR and thats from 0. on the freeway thats a whole other story... its a monster. so then i wanted ur guys input on how bad ff is to MR FR and all others. tanx

FF is fun, but it does have its downs as everything has its downs. I have a gs turbo, its got MAJOR torque steer. But thats all part of it. I think if I could have anything I would go for the mr. What bothers me about ff is the understeer.

get adjustable shocks and tune it right and no understeer

lol, you know whats sad, is I wouldnt know what ff was if it wasnt for gran turismo.

you all should be playing need for speed: underground.... anyway about FF vs the world, if you are a hard core dragger, ff isn't the best setup. but with the right suspension tuning and mabey a quaife LSD, you can satisfy your needs...

its all about awd for drag :), But I have been trying to rent nfs underground, but its always gone, should I just buy it?

NFS:U is no game compared to gran turismo, the only thing that it has is ricer parts and better graphics (its newer) i wouldnt recommend buying it, if anyone has played the latest NFS other than underground, you'll see how bad underground is. the physics suck big time, but thats just my opinion

it is an awesome arcade style game, that's all i'm sayin'. but yes, the point is to be the riciest ricer of all, but after you build up your ride you can tone it back down. don't get me wrong, GT3 is the ultimate driving sim, and with GT4 Prolouge on it's way i can't wait. but racing thru the streets and smashing into some car 10 seconds before you win is fun. putting a giant AEM or GReddy or Advanced Clutch Technologies vinyl on your ride along with a carbon fiber hood is fun. the physics of the game, while not up to par with GT3 keep it fun and playable.

I will have to check it out, sounds like a good after a hard day of work game.

NFSU is aswome alo GT3 but in GT3 it gets sort of boring with the tracks, just going in circles, but in NFSU u never kno when a car is going to pass u..and u can do alot more things to the car then GT3, but i think in GT3 there r much better cars then NFSU. but their but awsome games!:1:
