Need some parts

I'm looking to replace the Original vinyl on my front seats(The original is wearing out), does anybody know of a website or a place where I can buy this?
Also I'm missing the strip with letters (PRND321) by the gear shift and I can't find a plce where to buy it, the dealer only sells the whole trim for $239!!!
Any help or any websites are greatly appreciated. By the way it's a 1997 328i.
