LS/v-tec help needed!!

Okay, I bought a 2G Acura Integra with obd-0 B18A1 motor in it. I recently had a '95 B16A USDM motor to fall into my hands, and as you guessed, I want to convert it into a LS/v-tec. The only problem is that its a automatic. Now I am very short on cash, so I want to know what all will need to be swapped to make this feseable? Is it possible to leave the ECU obd-0 and use the stock witing harness, and use an Apex V-afc to controll v-tec? what injectors, fuel rail will I have to use? What Intake manifold will I use, and If I have to use the '95 B16A obd-1, can I just weld up the spare hole, or drill to gain hole? Here is what I know,
-use B18A head gasket
-use B16A gaskets for rest
-resurface all mating surfaces
-plug oil hole
-tap into oil outlet hole, and run braided line to v-tec head
-drill press dowel pin holes to 9/16'' in
-torque all bold to factory B16A specs
-*run a wire from the v-tec silinoid to v-tec computer (a knock sensor will not be needed since the Apex V-afc uses the tach to reconize the amount of RPM's that are being turned.)
-tune Apex unit to needs
-use B18A distributor, altinator, A/C, power steering
-B18C1 timing belt
-tune-up, oil change, adjust valves, ect.
-B18A1 exaust manifold

Please correct me If I am wrong about any of this, will the OBD-0 injector plugs hook up to the OBD-1 injectors if the OBD-1 injectors have to be used? Is there anything I am forgeting? What is stock for a B16A on v-tec crossover, because I don't want v-tec to kick in to early to where the motor loops, but not so late to where the auto tranny shifts before crossover (for max powerband gains across the board). I think I have it down pat, but I want to get more info on what Intake manifold, Injectors, fuel rail, and wiring harness I can use(remember I want/need to stay OBD-0 for the auto tranny). Thanks..
